Pasta Sauce Noodles with Paprika Sauce

  • 3 piece Red peppers
  • 6 piece Sprigs of thyme
  • 150 g Chorizo ​​sausage
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 500 ml Tomato juice
  • 200 g Beans green frozen
  • 400 g Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 piece Red chilli pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan
  1. Boil the pasta (here Farfalle) in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, halve, core and cut the peppers. Pluck thyme. Cut the chirozo into thin slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the sausage slices for 3 minutes. Add the pepper pieces and Knofi and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomato paste and fry for 1 minute. Finally add the honey and thyme to the pan. Pour tomato juice on top and let everything simmer for another 10 minutes.
  3. Halve the chili, remove the core and cut into fine strips, then add to the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain and drain the pasta, then mix with the sauce and serve. Serve the Parmesan separately.
