Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g meat sausage, Lyoner, ham sausage in thin slices
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 150 g cheese, Emmental
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the sausage into thin strips. Wash and trim the bell pepper, quarter it, and cut it into thin strips. Thinly slice the onion. Cut the cheese into thin strips. Mix everything well. Mix the mustard, vinegar, and oil to make a dressing, season with freshly ground pepper, add it to the sausage mixture, and fold it in. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes and serve with baguette or bread rolls.
