Paprika Soup with Coconut Milk and Nuremberg Sausages
The perfect paprika soup with coconut milk and nuremberg sausages recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Red pepper
- 250 g Onions
- 250 g Celery
- 250 g Potatoes
- 1 Suck Ginger approx. 20 g
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Can Coconut milk 400 ml
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1800 ml Beef bouillon (7 teaspoons instant)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Mild curry powder
- 1 tsp Sambal oelek
- 1 tbsp Freshly grated horseradish
- 2 Strong pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 Strong pinches of colored pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Tk herbs (here: 8 herbs from iglo)
- 1 pack Nuremberg grilled sausages / 14 pieces / 300 g (here: From Aldi Nord)
- 6 tsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- 6 Stalks of parsley
- Rolls or baguettes
- Clean, wash and peel the peppers (possibly with a peeler or a sharp knife). Peel and dice the onions, potatoes and celery. Peel and finely dice the ginger and garlic cloves. Heat butter (2 tbsp) in a large, tall saucepan and fry / stir-fry the vegetables (onion cubes, ginger cubes, garlic cubes and celery cubes, potato cubes and paprika cubes) one after the other and deglaze / pour over the beef stock. Add coconut milk (400 ml) and season with salt (1 teaspoon), ground cumin (1 teaspoon), mild curry powder (1 teaspoon), sambal oelek (1 teaspoon) and freshly grated horseradish (1 teaspoon) and everything with the lid closed Simmer / cook for about 25 minutes. Purée carefully with a hand blender and add coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches), colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches), sweet soy sauce (2 tbsp), crème fraîche (2 tbsp), butter (1 tbsp) and herbs Frozen (2 tbsp) season / season to taste. In the meantime, cut the Nuremberg sausages diagonally into small pieces and fry them in a pan with oil (2 tbsp) until golden-brown. Add the fried sausages to the soup, heat them up briefly and serve the soup hot, garnished with crème fraîche and parsley. It is served with rolls or baguettes.
