Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- ½ tsp sambal oelek
- 2 tsp paprika paste
- 75 g cheese substitute (feta substitute), vegan
- 200 g cashew cream (cashew cream cheese)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- some olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the peppers and dice them into small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the peppers until browned. Transfer them to a bowl with the olive oil, add all the other ingredients, and mix well. Season to taste and serve.
