  • 200 g Parmesan cheese

Coarsely grate the Parmesan cheese. Spread 50 g per serving evenly over the bottom of a non-stick pan with a diameter of approximately 20 cm. Melt the Parmesan cheese slightly over medium heat until it forms a mesh. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool slightly; the mesh should still be elastic. Then carefully remove the Parmesan cheese with a spatula and place it over a container, such as a cereal bowl or a glass. The shape depends on your preference. Once the baskets have completely cooled, you can carefully remove them. The baskets are particularly suitable for serving pasta, vegetables, or salad. If the contents are slightly runny, you can use a little more Parmesan to make the basket “sealed.”
