Parmesan Olives
The perfect parmesan olives recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dough
- 150 g Flour
- 125 g Parmesan, grated
- 125 g Butter, cold and in pieces
- 1 Tl. Sweet paprika
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Milk
Besides that
- 250 g Black olives
dough
- Put the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead well. I made the dough in my Thermomix, putting all the ingredients in the mixing bowl, 3 min. Kneading setting.
- Place the dough in a bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator for about two hours.
So it goes on
- Core the olives (mine were already pitted) and pat dry on paper towels. Take a small piece of the dough (about the size of a hazelnut) and flatten it a little, place an olive in the middle and place the dough around the olive, roll it into a ball between your hands.
- Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the balls on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, fan-assisted, for approx. 15-20 minutes.
- Go wonderfully with wine or as a snack between meals.
