Dip with Olives, Parmesan and Cream Cheese

for the dip:

  • 45 g Parmesan
  • 60 g Green pitted olives
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 80 g Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tsp White wine vinegar
  • Pepper
  • 1 Msp Pul Biber, alternatively chilli flakes or cayenne pepper

Also for serving:

  • 30 g Sliced ​​black olives
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan shavings or pieces
  • 1 branch Thyme
  1. You can either prepare the dip a bit more chunky or creamy. For the creamy version, puree all the specified ingredients for the dip in the food processor. Let it stand for a while and sprinkle black olive slices, Parmesan pieces and a sprig of thyme on top.
  2. If you prefer it a bit more chunky, proceed as follows: Finely grate the Parmesan. Puree the drained olives. Finely chop the garlic. Mix everything with the remaining ingredients for the dip and arrange as described above.
