Ingredients
for the dip:
- 45 g Parmesan
- 60 g Green pitted olives
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 80 g Sour cream
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 2 tsp White wine vinegar
- Pepper
- 1 Msp Pul Biber, alternatively chilli flakes or cayenne pepper
Also for serving:
- 30 g Sliced black olives
- 1 tbsp Parmesan shavings or pieces
- 1 branch Thyme
Instructions
- You can either prepare the dip a bit more chunky or creamy. For the creamy version, puree all the specified ingredients for the dip in the food processor. Let it stand for a while and sprinkle black olive slices, Parmesan pieces and a sprig of thyme on top.
- If you prefer it a bit more chunky, proceed as follows: Finely grate the Parmesan. Puree the drained olives. Finely chop the garlic. Mix everything with the remaining ingredients for the dip and arrange as described above.
