Parmesan Rolls

The perfect parmesan rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Spelt flour, type 1050
  • 40 g Grated Parmesan
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 130 g Milk
  • 35 g Salami
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix the spelled flour with baking powder.
  3. Cut the salami into small pieces.
  4. Divide all ingredients into a bowl and work into a dough.
  5. Using a tablespoon, place 9 rolls on the baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. Put in the oven for 20 minutes
  7. good for barbecues or party buffets
