Rolls with Parmesan

The perfect rolls with Parmesan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 25 g Yeast
  • 4 dL Lukewarm water
  • 9,5 dL Flour
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1,5 dL Freshly grated Parmesan

1. Tag

  1. 5 gr yeast, 1 dl. lukewarm water, 2 dl. Flour; Dissolve the yeast in water, stir in the flour. Cover the bowl with foil and leave to stand overnight at room temperature. Then off to bed and sleep in the whole thing first!

2. Tag

  1. 20 g yeast, 3 dl. lukewarm water, approx. 7.5 dl. Flour, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp salt, 1.5 dl. freshly grated Parmesan.
  1. New day new possibilities – sleep in ?: Now dissolve the yeast in the water and add to the pre-dough from yesterday evening. Add flour and knead in the kitchen machine for about 8 minutes. Now knead in the honey, salt and Parmesan for a good 2 minutes. If the dough is still too sticky, knead in a little more flour. Cover the bowl with foil and let rise for about 30 minutes.
  1. Shape the dough into approx. 25 – 30 small rolls (approx. 45 grams per piece). Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cover with a towel and let rise for another 25 minutes.
  1. Now use the scissors to make 2-3 small, narrow cuts in each bun and bake immediately. 250 degrees top and bottom heat, middle rail, approx. 6 – 7 minutes
  1. The delicious little ones are also great for freezing!
