Fry the bacon and, at the same time, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and pineapple pieces onto the finished schnitzels in the oven and bake them. Then, in the bacon pan, fry the carrots and spring onions until crispy. Stir in the fried onions and finally fry the glass noodles. Season to taste with Asian sauce, salt, pepper, curry powder, paprika, water, broth, and soy sauce. When the Asian noodle dish is ready, add the bacon to the baked schnitzels and leave in the warm oven for about 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
