Parsley ajoli

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200 g whole milk yogurt
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

The day before, peel the garlic cloves and finely chop them with the parsley in a blender. Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. Finally, fold in the garlic and parsley mixture. Refrigerate the aioli in a sealable container or jar for at least 12 hours. It tastes great with grilled vegetables, meat, and fish, or simply as a dip for snacks.
