Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g yogurt (Greek cream yogurt)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 3 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
First, peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Then, finely grate it. Squeeze out and discard any juice. Peel and finely chop the garlic and add it to the cucumber. Mix with yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for a while before serving.
