Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
- ½ small lime(s) or lemon
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp, leveled pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
for grilled meat, fish and vegetables
Chop the garlic and parsley in a food processor. Then add a few squeezes of lime juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Chop again, and then marinate the grilled food. It’s best to let it stand overnight.
