Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml oil (grape seed oil or safflower oil)
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for a small bottle
Put the parsley (you don’t have to use all of it, it’s a matter of taste) and salt in a bottle, fill with the oil, and seal tightly. Let the oil infuse for at least a week.
