Lemon butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, very soft
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest, grated
  • ½ tsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cream the very soft butter (you can microwave it briefly, but don’t let it melt) with a small whisk until creamy. Stir in all the other ingredients and chill. The lemon butter pairs well with fresh rolls or baguette and is very refreshing in summer.
