Parsley pancakes with ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 100 g cooked ham, finely diced
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 40 g butter
  • 150 g crème fraîche with herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

delicious as a side dish to salad

For the pancake batter, combine flour, salt, baking powder, eggs, and milk. Stir in the ham and parsley. Let stand for 15 minutes. Fry small pancakes and spread with the herb crème fraîche. Roll them up and serve with salad.
