Parsley potatoes

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, new small
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • butter
  • Sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the potatoes with their skins on and season with a little coarse sea salt. Then melt the butter in a pan. Stir in the honey and chopped parsley, then toss the potatoes until they’re all coated with the glaze.
