Ingredients

  • 20 Rice Dough Plates Frozen Food
  • 1 glass China vegetables
  • 1 glass China spice
  • 2 tbsp Ajvar
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 250 g Pepper, curry, soy sauce
  • 0,5 L Rapeseed oil

Instructions

  • Take rice dough sheets from the freezer to thaw
  • Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly.
  • Drain the china vegetables, add. My children still like corn and champions in it, so the picture still has corn and champions on it, everyone can decide for themselves according to their taste!
  • Add ajvar, pepper, curry, soy rose and Chinese spices, season to taste.
  • Leave the dough sheets as they are for larger rolls (results in 20 pieces). For smaller rolls, halve the dough and make 40 pieces. Brush the edge with water (sticks better then), fill and roll (see pictures).
  • Heat the oil in a medium saucepan. Fry the spring rolls in it. Turn if necessary. When they are golden brown in color, remove and drain on kitchen paper. also tastes good cold!
