Ingredients

  • 1 Pointed cabbage fresh
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 100 g Capers from the jar with stock
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 500 ml Apple juice
  • 4 Stile spring onions, finely rolled
  • 2 tbsp Hot mustard
  • 100 gr Ger. Ham cubes
  • 150 gr Vegetable broth from the glass
  • Pepper salt. Sweet paprika powder
  • 2 Pickled gherkins pickled

Instructions

  • Cook the whole pointed cabbage in the boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Switch off. Put in the sink to cool down. Develop the leaves and distribute them in 4 portions, see pictures.
  • Mix the minced with onions, spices and capers and chopped pickles. Season well. Spread the filling on the cabbage leaves and tie into packets.
  • Sauté and fry the onion leek a little and fill up with apple juice. Roast the bacon cubes and add them. Bring to the boil, add the broth. I then added some apple juice because the sauce was too thick.
  • Cook peeled potatoes, amount according to hunger.
  • Season everything again and serve. Good hunger.
