Party Prawns with Sweetcorn and Snake Cucumber

The perfect party prawns with sweetcorn and snake cucumber recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Party shrimp:

  • 2 Packs 100 g party prawns
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 piston Sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Snake cucumber:

  • 1 Snake cucumber
  • Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • Colorful pepper from the mill

Serve:

  • 2 Half tomatoes for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0,5 Rustic baguette

Party shrimp:

  1. Party fry the prawns in a pan with butter (1 tbsp) on both sides and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches).

Sweet Corn:

Snake cucumber:

Serve:

  1. Party prawns with corn on the cob and cucumber slices, garnished with half a tomato. and drizzled with olive oil, serve. Possibly salt and pepper the cucumber slices and tomatoes on the plate or add salt and pepper. A rustic baguette goes well with it.
