Spaghetti with Chorizo Mushroom Cheese Sauce

- 500 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 200 g Chorizo sausage
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
- Pepper
- 100 g Gouda cheese
- 200 g Whipped cream
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- First cut the chorizo sausage into thin slices and halve the slices. Rub the mushrooms dry, clean and cut into thin slices. Chop parsley gob. Finely grate cheese.
- Leave the chorizo in a pan without fat. Add the mushrooms and fry all over for 3 minutes while stirring. Add the cream, bring to the boil, remove from the heat and sprinkle in the cheese and stir until it has melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta in a sieve and fold into the chorizo, mushroom and cheese sauce with the parsley. Serve immediately.
