Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 30 rolls
  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed (frozen)
  • 1 bottle of tomato ketchup
  • 5 bell peppers
  • 3 onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g cheese (Gouda), diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the rolls. Cut the peppers and onions into strips or cubes, mix with the other ingredients to form a meatball dough, and fill the roll halves. Bake in the oven (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack at 200°C for 20 minutes.
