Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 10 rolls
- 500 g Mett, Thuringian
- 250 g tartar, so that it is not too fatty (otherwise only minced meat)
- 200 g cream, whipped
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ onion(s), grated or finely diced
- 1 handful of gherkins, cut into small pieces
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut open the rolls and hollow them out. Mix the scooped-out crumb in a bowl with a little warm water. Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Preheat oven to 175°C. Fill the rolls with the meat mixture and bake for at least 15 minutes.
