Party rolls filled with minced meat and tartar

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 10 rolls
  • 500 g Mett, Thuringian
  • 250 g tartar, so that it is not too fatty (otherwise only minced meat)
  • 200 g cream, whipped
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ onion(s), grated or finely diced
  • 1 handful of gherkins, cut into small pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut open the rolls and hollow them out. Mix the scooped-out crumb in a bowl with a little warm water. Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Preheat oven to 175°C. Fill the rolls with the meat mixture and bake for at least 15 minutes.
