  • 600 g Flour
  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 75 ml Oil
  • 2 packet Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 100 g Roasted onions
  • 1 Discs Cheese (any)

Dough preparation

  1. Process all ingredients except for the cheese into a dough (can be easily done in the food processor), form small, approx. 6 cm large rolls and press them flat on the baking sheet.
