Wok Vegetables with Noodles and Meat

  • 1 piece Pork neck
  • 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
  • 1 plate Wed pasta with egg
  • 1 Can Chinese vegetables
  • Japanese soy sauce
  • Wok spice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Boil the Mi noodles in salted water, drain.
  2. Cut the meat into strips. Fry in clarified butter, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Open the can, drain and add to the meat, fry with it. Season well with wok spices and soy sauce.
  4. Fold in the finished noodles, season to taste again and serve.
