- 1 piece Pork neck
- 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
- 1 plate Wed pasta with egg
- 1 Can Chinese vegetables
- Japanese soy sauce
- Wok spice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Boil the Mi noodles in salted water, drain.
- Cut the meat into strips. Fry in clarified butter, season with salt and pepper.
- Open the can, drain and add to the meat, fry with it. Season well with wok spices and soy sauce.
- Fold in the finished noodles, season to taste again and serve.
