Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of tuna in brine
- 1 onion(s), roughly quartered
- 1 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp horseradish (creamed horseradish)
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- Pinch(s) of sugar
- Pepper, white freshly ground
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
also suitable as a dip
Combine all ingredients except salt in a blender. Blend coarsely for a spread, or finely for a dip. Season with salt, if desired. Let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour.
