Passed Carrot Soup
The perfect passed carrot soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 800 g Carrots
- 250 ml Broth
- 2 tbsp Herbs
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Water as needed
- Cook the carrots in the broth until tender. Then chop with a hand blender or potato masher. Then add herbs and butter. Let the butter melt. Dissolve the flour in a little water and add. Distribute well. Then dilute with any amount of water. If necessary, add salt and pepper.
- Tip 2: If you prefer something more like a stew, you better use the masher.
