Passion fruit yogurt ice cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 5 passion fruit(s) (approx. 120 g pureed fruit)
  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt (150 ml each)
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tsp, leveled sugar (lemon sugar)
  • 200 ml cream, whipped
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

fruity and delicious

Strain the passion fruit pulp through a sieve; you should get about 120g of juice. Combine the juice with the yogurt and spices. Lightly sweeten the cream with vanilla sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Then fold it into the fruit and yogurt mixture. Chill thoroughly and freeze in an ice cream maker for about 20-30 minutes. Then place the ice cream in the freezer to freeze.
