  • You will also need 600 grams of canned peeled tomatoes and two eggplants.
  • Add onion and a clove of garlic and some basil including the stalks.
  • Also included are 100 grams of ricotta and plenty of olive oil.
  • Finally, all you need is salt and pepper.

  8. Then pour off the water and mix the pasta with the aubergine, tomato sauce, and some ricotta.
  9. Finally, briefly heat the whole thing for another minute. Then arrange the Pasta alla Norma and refine it by crumbling or grating the remaining ricotta.
