Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 30 g butter
- 400 g Leberkäse
- 3 onions
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 small bell pepper(s), red
- salt and pepper
- 600 g pasta, cooked
- 150 g cheese, grated
- possibly milk
- possibly vegetable broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat butter in a pan, fry the diced meatloaf, remove, and keep warm. Sauté chopped onions in the remaining fat, add drained corn and mushrooms. Add the peeled and diced bell peppers. Season everything, add the cooked pasta and meatloaf, and heat everything for 4-5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. I always add a little milk and vegetable broth to make it moister.
