Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g pasta
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 4 carrots
- 1 tsp oil
- 350 g tartar
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- 100 g cheese, grated
Instructions

Cook the pasta until al dente. Slice the leek into rings and dice the carrots. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the tartar, and add the vegetables. Deglaze with the broth and cook for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta with the vegetable tartar and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven at about 200°C for about 15 minutes.
