Pasta and mushroom casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 400 ml water
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 packet of soup (mushroom cream soup)
  • 150 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the cleaned, finely chopped mushrooms in oil. Add 400 ml water and 100 ml cream, stir in the soup, and bring to a boil briefly. Now place the uncooked pasta in a shallow casserole dish and pour the sauce over it. The pasta should be completely covered in the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
