  • 250 g flour

  • 1 ½ kg apples, sour

for 2 strudels, approx. 10 servings

To make the curd dough, mix the curd and butter thoroughly with a mixer, add salt, and knead with flour until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, divide it, top with the sliced ​​apples, season with sugar and cinnamon to taste, and form two strudels. Brush with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
