Pasta and salmon pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti or other pasta
  • 400 g salmon
  • 100 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some water
  • 200 ml cream
  • some flour or cornstarch to thicken
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Slice the tomatoes and mince the garlic clove. Sauté both in a little oil. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan. Sear on high, then cover and cook the salmon over low heat. After about 3 minutes, deglaze the salmon with water and cream, add the tomato paste, thicken, and season to taste. Drain the cooked spaghetti and toss with the sauce. 534 kcal per serving.
