Pasta and salmon salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g pasta (shell pasta)
  • 150 g peas (frozen)
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g natural yogurt (whole milk)
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 2 eggs (boiled)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest, grated
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • some salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare pasta according to the package instructions. Add peas to the pasta two minutes before cooking time, cook, drain, and toss with oil. Boil, peel, and quarter eggs (or dice if desired). Cut salmon into wide strips. Combine yogurt, crème fraîche, lemon zest and juice in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Mix pasta with peas, eggs, salmon, and the sauce, and sprinkle with chopped dill.
