Pasta salad with tuna

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 can of tuna with vegetables
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente and let it cool completely. Slice the egg lengthwise and crosswise with an egg slicer. Drain a little of the tuna stock and shred the tuna with a fork. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let the salad sit for at least 2 hours. It can also be prepared the night before.
