Pasta and Spinach Casserole Vegetarian

- 250 g Pasta
- 450 g Frozen spinach
- 1 a cup Crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 a cup Cream
- 3 Pc. Free range eggs
- 200 g Cheese (any)
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg, wild garlic, chives, garlic granules
- Cook pasta aldente. Or use leftovers from the previous day.
- Let the spinach thaw
- Whisk the cream, creme fraiche, eggs and spices together
- Put the pasta in an ovenproof dish, spread the spinach on top and pour the sauce over it.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese on top and finish baking in 15 minutes.
- If you don’t like it vegetarian, you can add 200 g of diced boiled ham to the sauce
