Tiramisu Alla Mama

- 3 Eggs
- 75 g Powdered sugar
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 120 g Ladyfingers
- 6 tbsp Amaretto
- 150 ml Espresso
- Cocoa powder heavily de-oiled
- Cook espresso
- Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites. Then beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar until creamy. Add the mascarpone to the egg yolk and mix. Then fold the egg whites into the cream.
- Mix the amaretto and espresso. Crumble the spoon bisquits and place in a mold, pour the amaretto-espresso mixture over them. Finally, put the cream on the biscuits and sprinkle cocoa over them with a sieve. Chill for 5 hours.
