Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 handful of cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 50 g tagliatelle, dry
  • Paprika powder
  • Maggi
  • Soy sauce
  • basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the zucchini into thin slices and the bell pepper into thin strips. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and add the finely diced garlic cloves. Then add the zucchini and bell pepper and season. Finally, add the tomatoes. Cook the tagliatelle separately and add it to the vegetables at the end. Delicious… and for only 4 P… it made two plates.
