Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 2 large bell peppers, diced
- 5 tomatoes, diced
- 2 can/n tomatoes, (pizza tomatoes)
- 1 package of chicken nuggets, sliced
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
- 3 onions, in rings
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 4 tsp, leveled salt
- 2 tsp, leveled pepper
- 2 bags of cheese (pizza cheese)
- 2 handfuls of mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and let it drain. Place the pizza tomatoes and cream in a bowl. Add the peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, chicken nuggets, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Take a baking dish and fill with half of the pasta. Spread a cup of crème fraîche over it. Then add half of the vegetable mixture. Then the remaining pasta, the second cup of crème fraîche, and the remaining vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
