Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 4 small zucchini, finely chopped
- 25 g butter
- 25 g flour
- ¼ liter of milk
- 75 g cheese, grated
- Paprika powder
- 250 g pasta of your choice
- 500 g minced meat or sausages of your choice
- 25 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Melt 50g butter in a small saucepan. Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic clove. Add the sliced zucchini and cook, then season with salt and pepper. Melt the remaining butter in another small saucepan. Stir in the flour and gradually add the milk until smooth. Bring the sauce to a boil, then melt in the 75g cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Place in a casserole dish with the vegetables and meat or sausage mixture. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
