Pasta bake 'Wienerle'

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 can of corn
  • 400 g sausages, wieners with cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • Use salt, possibly herbal salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • curry
  • Milk
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. First, cook the tagliatelle pasta al dente, drain well, and place in a baking dish. Trim and finely dice the bell peppers. Blanch briefly, then drain well and spread over the pasta. Then sprinkle the drained corn on top. Cut the wiener sausages into thin slices and also arrange in the dish. Mix the sour cream with the eggs, spices, and milk until thick. I don’t measure the milk; I add it to taste. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole and finally sprinkle with grated cheese (any type of cheese you like, e.g. medium-aged Gouda). Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
