Tortellini casserole with minced meat and cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini from the refrigerated section
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 100 g cooked ham, sliced
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Brown the ground beef in a pan until cooked but not browned. Chop the ham into small pieces and brown briefly. Then deglaze everything with the cream and season generously with salt and pepper. Place the tortellini in a casserole dish, spoon the sauce over the top, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the casserole for 30 minutes. I always keep the lid on the dish for the first 20 minutes and then let the cheese brown for the last 10 minutes.
