Pasta Bake with Ham and Mushrooms

- 250 g Broad pasta
- 200 g Cheese – Emmental – grated
- 200 g Boiled ham
- 200 g Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Can Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp Chives rolls TK
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 30 g Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Butter for greasing the baking dish
- Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente. Drain and drain.
- Cut the ham into cubes. Drain the mushrooms and cut into slices. Mix the ham and mushrooms with the pasta and pour into the greased baking dish.
- Whisk the cream with the eggs, stir in the flour and milk until smooth and add. Stir in the chives and 125 g cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the mixture to the pasta.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and top with breadcrumbs. Put the butter in small flakes on it.
- Bake the whole thing in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 25 minutes
