Pasta Bake with Ham and Mushrooms

The perfect pasta bake with ham and mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Broad pasta
  • 200 g Cheese – Emmental – grated
  • 200 g Boiled ham
  • 200 g Cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Can Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chives rolls TK
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 30 g Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Butter for greasing the baking dish
  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente. Drain and drain.
  2. Cut the ham into cubes. Drain the mushrooms and cut into slices. Mix the ham and mushrooms with the pasta and pour into the greased baking dish.
  3. Whisk the cream with the eggs, stir in the flour and milk until smooth and add. Stir in the chives and 125 g cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the mixture to the pasta.
  4. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and top with breadcrumbs. Put the butter in small flakes on it.
  5. Bake the whole thing in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 25 minutes
