Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 400 g mixed vegetables (frozen)
- 800 g pasta (tagliatelle), fresh
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 250 ml milk
- 5 eggs
- 100 g processed cheese
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Line a springform pan (26 cm diameter) with baking paper to prevent any liquid from escaping. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the cooked ham into small cubes and mix it with the thawed mixed vegetables into the fresh pasta. Then pour it into the springform pan. For the topping, whisk the vegetable broth with the milk, eggs, and processed cheese until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and paprika and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with the cheese. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 60 minutes. After 20 minutes, cover with aluminum foil. Remove the pasta cake from the pan and slice it open. Tip: Serve with tomato sauce and salad, if desired.
