Ingredients
- 500 g Pasta penne
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 can Pizza tomatoes
- 1 glass Mulled wine
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 500 g Raclette cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Chili powder
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Fry the minced meat in the oil until crumbly.
- Peel the onion and the garlic cloves, dice them finely, add to the minced meat and sauté until translucent, season with the spices and deglaze with the mulled wine and vegetable stock and simmer for about 5 minutes
- Add the pizza tomatoes and stir in the tomato paste and bring to the boil again.
- Pour the pasta in a sieve, mix with the minced meat sauce and put everything in a baking dish, cover with the raclette cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes
