Pasta casserole with ham

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 200 g herb sour cream
  • 200 g gratin cheese, grated
  • 200 g water
  • 1 pack of vegetable stock powder, for 500 ml liquid
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 350 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Heat all liquid ingredients with the vegetable stock powder and 100g grated cheese in a saucepan until the cheese has melted. Preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Place the pasta and the chopped ham in a baking dish and mix. Pour the liquid into the baking dish. Spread the remaining cheese over the pasta. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil or baking paper (if you don’t want to use aluminum foil) and bake for 20 minutes on the middle rack. Then bake for another 10 minutes without the foil, until the cheese is golden brown.
