Pasta casserole with meat sausage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ tbsp vegetable broth
  • n. B. Sauce thickener
  • 150 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

easy and fast

Cook the pasta in salted water until just cooked through. In the meantime, peel and dice the onion, then fry it in hot oil. Dice the sausage and rinse and slice the tomato. Add the diced sausage to the onions in the pan and fry. Add the cream to the pan and rinse half of the cup/packet with water and add this to the pan. Add the vegetable stock to the pan and add a little sauce thickener if needed. Drain the pasta and place it in a baking dish. Now pour the sauce over the pasta, rinse the pan with a little water and also pour the water into the baking dish. Mix everything together and scatter the tomato slices over the pasta. Sprinkle everything with the cheese and bake at 200°C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes.
