Pasta casserole with mozzarella and Bolognese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle, raw
  • 2 points mozzarella
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 bag of ready-made mix for Bolognese sauce
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Butter for the mold
  • breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle pasta until al dente. In a non-stick pan (no fat needed), fry the minced meat until crispy and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Prepare the Bolognese sauce according to the package instructions. Cut the mozzarella into slices about 0.5 cm thick. Butter a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Add half of the tagliatelle pasta to the dish, cover with half of the Bolognese sauce, and spread a slice of mozzarella on top. Pour the second layer into the dish in the same way. Bake at approximately 200°C (top heat) or 170°C (fan oven) for about 25-30 minutes, until the mozzarella has melted and is lightly browned.
