Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200 g sausage (cervelat)
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 30 g butter for butter flakes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Water (salt water)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

easy and fast

Dice the cooked ham and cervelat sausage. Cook the pasta in salted water with 1 tablespoon of oil. Layer everything in a casserole dish. Whisk the eggs and milk with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of nutmeg. Then pour over the casserole. Spread grated cheese on the last layer of pasta and top with butter. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 45 minutes. Garnish the casserole with the tomatoes.
